Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2025

Look, we get it. Privacy policies can be a drag to read through, but here at Faylen Warzone, we're pretty straightforward about how we handle your info. We've spent years rebuilding trust in communities that've been through hell, so we're not about to mess around with yours.

What We Collect

When you reach out to us or check out our work, we might collect some basic stuff - your name, email, phone number if you share it, and whatever project details you wanna tell us about. We're not running some big data operation here. Just a studio trying to connect with folks who need architectural solutions in tough places.

If you're browsing the site, yeah, we collect standard web analytics - which pages you visit, how long you hang around, that sort of thing. Nothing creepy, just helps us understand what people care about when they're looking at post-conflict architecture.

How We Use Your Info

Pretty simple, really. We use your contact details to get back to you about projects, answer questions, maybe send you updates about our work if you've shown interest. We're not selling your email to some random mailing list - that's not our style.

Sometimes we share project case studies and community outcomes, but we always anonymize sensitive details. The communities we work with have been through enough without us broadcasting their private business all over the internet.

Cookies & Tracking

Yeah, we use cookies. Not the chocolate chip kind, unfortunately. These are just small files that help the site remember you between visits. Makes things smoother for everyone. Most browsers let you block cookies if you're not into that, though some features might not work as well.

We use Google Analytics to see how folks interact with our site. It's aggregated data - we're not sitting here watching individual people click around. Just trying to improve the experience and understand what content matters most.

Third-Party Services

We work with a few external services - email providers, web hosting, that kind of infrastructure. They've all got their own privacy policies, and we've vetted 'em to make sure they're legit. We don't just hand your data off to anyone.

When we're working on actual projects, especially in sensitive areas, we use encrypted communication and secure file sharing. Can't be too careful when you're dealing with reconstruction plans in former conflict zones.

Your Rights

You've got rights when it comes to your data. Wanna see what we've got on file? Want us to delete it? Just ask. We'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe - usually a couple weeks max. We're a small studio, not some massive corporation, so responses might take a bit but we'll get there.

If you're in Canada or the EU, you've got extra protections under PIPEDA and GDPR. We respect those frameworks even though most of our work happens in places where data protection laws are... well, let's just say they're still being figured out.

Data Security

We take security seriously. SSL encryption, secure servers, regular backups - all the standard stuff you'd expect. Working in post-conflict zones means we're hyper-aware of information security. Some of the places we operate, a leaked plan or contact list could actually put people at risk.

That said, no system's perfect. If there's ever a breach that affects your data, we'll let you know ASAP and tell you what we're doing about it.

Changes to This Policy

We might update this policy from time to time. Nothing sketchy, just keeping up with changing regulations or if we add new services. We'll update the date at the top and maybe send a heads-up if it's a major change.

Check back occasionally if you're curious. Or don't - we're not gonna test you on it.

Questions?

If you've got questions about how we handle your data, or if something in here doesn't make sense, just reach out. We're way more approachable than this legal-sounding document might suggest.

Drop us a line at studio@faylenwarzone.info or call (416) 555-0147. We're here Monday through Friday, usually with decent coffee and a willingness to explain things in plain English.

Bottom Line

We're architects who've seen what happens when trust breaks down in communities. We're not gonna play games with your privacy. You share your info with us, we'll treat it with respect. Simple as that.
