Real Projects, Real Impact

These aren't just pretty renders - they're communities we've helped rebuild from the ground up. Each project taught us something new about resilience, adaptation, and what people actually need when they're starting over.

Sector 7 Redevelopment

Turned 14 blocks of abandoned industrial wasteland into mixed-use neighborhoods. Kept the old factory facades because, honestly, they'd survived worse than we could throw at 'em. Now there's housing for 3,200 families and the community actually wants to live there.

Al-Nour Cultural Hub

Built this one with local labor and materials - wasn't just about saving money, it was about giving people skills and ownership. The courtyard design came from elderly residents who remembered how neighborhoods used to work.

Riverside Manufacturing Complex

Converted old munitions factory into textile manufacturing. The irony wasn't lost on us. Added solar panels, water recycling, and natural ventilation - turns out you can make things without destroying everything around you.

Residential reconstruction

Greenfield Housing Initiative

420 units built on former military base. Worked with families to design floor plans that actually fit how they live - not some architect's fantasy. Kept construction costs down so rents could stay reasonable. That was the whole point.

Old Town Market Hall

19th-century market hall that'd been used as a checkpoint for years. Structural engineers said demolish it, but local historians wouldn't hear it. We reinforced what we could and rebuilt the rest to match. Now it's a market again, like it should be.

Riverbank Restoration Project

Five years of contamination cleanup and replanting. Created wetlands that filter runoff and gave the community back their river. Kids can actually swim there now - that's the metric that matters.

Community Center

Westside Learning Center

School and vocational training center rolled into one. Designed classrooms that can adapt - because we don't know what skills people'll need in 10 years, but we know they'll need somewhere to learn them.

Central District Green Corridor

Turned former no-man's-land into 2km of parks and pedestrian paths. People were skeptical - they'd avoided this area for years. But plant enough trees and give folks somewhere safe to walk, they'll come. And they did.

Avenue Blok Apartments

Soviet-era housing blocks that needed way more than a paint job. Added insulation, fixed plumbing, upgraded electrical - boring stuff that actually changes lives. Preserved the brutalist facades because, turns out, people had grown attached to them.

Southport Industrial Cleanup

Former chemical plant that nobody wanted to touch. Took 18 months of soil remediation before we could even start building. Now it's light manufacturing and office space. Proof that you can fix almost anything if you're patient enough.

Got a project that needs doing?

We don't do vanity projects or ego buildings. If you're working on something that'll actually help people rebuild their lives, let's talk about it.
